MSP MAX Package
On the NCS Max Package:
Included Phone/Text/Chat Support so we can walk you through problems.
Included Remote Connection Software for NCS Remote Access.
Included Ticketing Software to Create Chats & Create Support Tickets.
A faster response time (either immediate or within 1 Hour of you placing a ticket)
longer support hours from M-F: 6AM-6PM* (After hours rate after/before these hours)
1 free travel charge every month ($20 per Travel after 1st Free Travel Charge)
Included Monthly Server updates & Restarts
50GB of free Secure Online Backup Cloud Storage (Plus 25% off higher tier backup packages if you have more than 50GB to backup)
Bitdefender on each PC & 1 Server
Included 24/7/365 Server, PC & Network Monitoring & Alerts
AND... Unlimited PC Support** for only $78 Per PC.
**Unlimited PC Support does not include Project Work, Server Support or Parts. Projects are described in the terms and conditions of our contract. To be apart of The NCS Max Package you must pay $78 for each PC in your office. The Server is included at no charge.
*After Hours Rate is $110 per hour, from 6:01PM till 5:59AM Daily. This Includes all weekends and holidays
What exactly is Project Work?
Project work is when we install a new Computer/Device or Replace a Failed Part In a device. Provide support for Networking Equipment (Internet, WiFi, Hubs, Switches, Routers, Access Points), Printers, Scanners and other devices connected to your PC via the office network, wirelessly or via USB/Cable connection,
Project work also consist Office Relocations and any major software updates like an Operating System on your PC/Server or a Vendor Server Side Software update. (When Server and all workstations are updated at the same time)
Any support on the office's Server is also excluded from Unlimited PC Support.
Parts: Any parts needed to get a Computer, Network or Device working again are not included.
Don’t worry, you get the best hourly rate in the state whenever you have a project. Only $75 per hour of support on projects for MSP Max Package Customers.
Examples of Project Work Vs. PC Support:
Project Work: Your PC is working, but the office cannot print from any PC in the office.
PC Support: Your PC is Working, But Only your PC is unable to print or use a device in the network
Project Work: "No One is able to connect to the office Wireless."
PC Support: "My PC is unable to connect to the office wireless. Everyone else is connected and working"
Project Work: "Our office is unable to connect to the internet from any computer in the office"
PC Support: "My Computer has no internet access, but the rest of the office is working just fine.
Project Work: "No one in the office can access the office imaging software."
PC Support: "I Can't access the office imaging software on Front Desk, but everyone else can."
NCS Pro Package
On The NCS Pro Package:
Included Phone/Text/Chat Support so we can walk you through fixing issues.
Included Remote Connection Software for NCS Access.
Included Ticketing Software to Create Chats & Create Tickets.
Same Day Response Time If Ticket Is Create Before 12PM.
Support Hours 7AM-5PM M-F. (After Hours Rate after/before these hours*)
$35 Per Visit Travel Charge
24/7/365 Server Monitoring with Alerts is $75 per Server.
24/7/365 PC & Network Monitoring with Alerts is only $25 per PC.
To be on the NCS Pro Package you must pay for the Server, PC and Network Monitoring Software on all Computers & Servers in your office.
The Pro package does not included Unlimited PC Support, you are billed for each Remote/Onsite Support Ticket created at $100 Per hour, The best hourly rate in the state of Georgia.
It also does not include BitDefender, Local/Cloud Backups or a Managed Firewall Discount.
**BitDefencer, Local/Cloud Backsup and Firewall Support can be added in for an additional monthly cost.
*After Hours Rate is $135 Per Hour from 5:01PM till 6:59AM. This includes all weekends & Holidays
No NSP MSP Package
The No Contract Package means you call us when you need us. We do include our ticketing software so you can start a support ticket or chat with support. We also include our Remote Connection software so we can access your PC's remotely. Once a ticket is created, we respond to the ticket within 24 hours and you are billed at our standard hourly rate of $130 Per Hour. Still the best hourly rate for Business IT Support in Georgia.
The following month, you would get an invoice with any support request showing each ticket and the details from the support request.
Our software is only for us to remote connect and for you to be able to create tickets or start a chat with support. Our software would not be running any monitoring software or alerts for your office.
Travel chargers are $50 per Travel
Regular support hours are 9AM-5PM. After Hours Support rate is $165 per Hour from 5:01PM till 8:59AM everyday.
